Ross Kirkland

OWNER / VALUER

With an existing passion for the property industry, Ross took to his career with great ease and enthusiasm.

Having previously worked for a large corporate and independent agent covering the Lanarkshire area, Ross’ work ethic was one which brought refreshing ideas and consistent results. Through always demonstrating passion and honesty within his work, Ross made sure to go the extra mile for each of his clients.

His development and maintenance of strong client relationships allowed Ross to unfailingly achieve high quality results within the industry. With outstanding results and his growing determination to succeed, Ross sought to create a brand which was unique, affordable, honest and transparent. A brand that will always go the extra mile, and insure that the clients interests are at the heart of their focus. This is when Kirkland Estate Agents was born.

Wilma Duncan

BRANCH MANAGER / SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR

Wilma’s estate agency journey began in 2004 when she joined a large corporate agent. Since then, she has excelled in the property business utilising her negotiating sale skills and knowledge to sell a vast range of properties in the North Lanarkshire area.

Wilma strives to develop a friendly but professional relationship with her clients and with her exceptional local knowledge, she is perfectly placed to guide clients through their property experience.

Katrina Fagan

OFFICE MANAGER

Katrina joined Kirklands in May 2024. With over 14 years experience in the property market she brings invaluable expertise to Kirklands having worked as a Sales Valuer in her previous posts.

Katrina prides herself in being professional, friendly and knowledgeable and goes that extra mile for her clients. Very much a ‘people person’ her job satisfaction comes from helping clients through the sales process, ensuring a stress-free experience.

When not working Katrina enjoys spending time with her granddaughter and long country walks with her wee staffie Apollo.

Gillian Moffat

SALES NEGOTIATOR

Gillian is our newest member of staff who has previously worked in the customer service, human resources & compliance sector over the last 10 years. She is extremely outgoing, hands on and proactive and has taken to estate agent role well and is a breath of fresh air to both the team and her clients.

Gillian’s main aim has always been to put her clients first and excels under pressure to deliver for them.

Outside of work, Gillian like to socialise with her Husband, family and friends.
