Selling a property at the right moment can be a very wise financial decision. Whether you’re downsizing, upsizing, rebalancing your finances, or selling in light of the recent changes in home prices in Airdrie, we can help you every step of the way.
At Kirkland’s Estate Agents, we understand the stress that can come with selling your property, which is why we will always aim to make the process as simple and pain-free as possible.
We start off with expert advice about a fair property valuation. And when you choose to sell with Kirkland’s, your home or property will benefit from our extremely well targeted and effective marketing.
Your property will have exposure across our website, on major property search portals, as well as being promoted via our tailored marketing material including window displays, email marketing, brochures and more. We work hard to ensure that your property has maximum exposure. In this way your property will be sold at a great price allowing you to use your equity as you desire. We have found that the way a property is presented is key to a successful property sale in Central Scotland.
From the first meeting, you will meet our Director, Ross Kirkland. With a free no obligation chat, Ross will visit your home in order to explain exactly how Kirkland Estate Agents can help you. Drawing on our knowledge and experience in property valuation Airdrie, he will discuss a potential sales price, then suggest marketing ideas and even help find your next home. Ross will be your first point of contact from the start and throughout.
Following on from the initial visit, our next meeting will entail your marketing campaign. Ross will come back out to carry out your photography, floorplan and video tour, as well as taking notes that will best describe your home.
Once an offer has been accepted, we will continue to keep in contact with every client: following up missives and ensuring the sale progresses smoothly through to key release.
Your property will then be published online on property portals, have a social media campaign created, as well as a featured showcase from our Head Office.
We will then take care of everything; from arranging viewings to negotiating offers.
From your home having an offer accepted, we will then keep in contact with every client, ensuring the sale progresses all the way through to key release.
We understand the market can be a busy place, that is why we make sure every property with ourselves stands out. This way we can attract the utmost attention, ultimately getting you the two most important things, the best price, in the best time scale. We offer honest and professional advice from the start, providing an accurate valuation.
We understand more than most that a buyer is not a buyer unless they are in the correct position, whether it be they have property to sell, a mortgage to be arranged or a solicitor to put that all-important offer across, we are they to help every step of the way.
From your initial meeting with our Director Ross Kirkland, we will navigate you through the full process.
